Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) No person shall transport trees or boughs described in section 4551.01 of the Revised Code in violation of sections 4551.01 to 4551.03 of the Revised Code.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
