Effective: June 30, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 163 - 123rd General Assembly Upon transfer of the title to any aircraft upon which the current license tax has been paid, the certificate of registration for the aircraft expires, and the transferee shall submit an application for a new certificate of registration to the director of transportation. The application for the new certificate of registration shall be made in accordance with section 4561.18 of the Revised Code, and the transferee shall pay the applicable license tax specified in that section.
