Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly No airport zoning regulations adopted under sections 4563.01 to 4563.21 of the Revised Code shall require the removal, lowering, or other change or alteration of any structure or object of natural growth not conforming to the regulations when adopted or amended, or otherwise interfere with the continuance of any nonconforming use, except as provided in section 4563.14 of the Revised Code.
