Effective: October 5, 1955 Latest Legislation: House Bill 812 - 101st General Assembly All airport zoning regulations adopted under sections 4563.01 to 4563.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall provide for the administration and enforcement of such regulations. The duties of any administrative agency designated pursuant to sections 4563.01 to 4563.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall include that of issuing all permits under section 4563.12 of the Revised Code.
