Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) No person shall violate any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated or made pursuant to sections 4563.01 to 4563.21 of the Revised Code.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars. Each day's willful continuation of the violation is a separate offense.
