Effective: May 17, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 137 - 123rd General Assembly The port authority shall foster and encourage the participation of private enterprise in the development of port authority facilities to the fullest extent it considers practicable in the interest of limiting the necessity of construction and operation of those facilities by the port authority.
