Effective: June 30, 1955 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 193 - 101st General Assembly No municipal corporation or county, respectively, creating or participating in the creation of a port authority in accordance with section 4582.02 of the Revised Code shall during the time said port authority is in existence have the right to exercise the rights and powers as provided in sections 721.04 to 721.11, inclusive, or section 307.65 of the Revised Code, respectively.
