Effective: July 9, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 439 - 114th General Assembly No municipal corporation or county creating or participating in the creation of a port authority in accordance with section 4582.22 of the Revised Code may, during the time the port authority is in existence, exercise the rights and powers provided in sections 307.65 or 721.04 to 721.11 of the Revised Code.
