Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly Sections 4582.22 to 4582.59 of the Revised Code and division (C) of section 4582.06 of the Revised Code being necessary for the welfare of the state and its inhabitants shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof.
