Effective: January 9, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 104th General Assembly Parties to any action before a county court judge, as permitted by section 4585.12 of the Revised Code, shall have the same right of appeal as in other cases. If the judgment is against the watercraft by name or description, the owner, master, steward, consignee, or other agent, may appeal therefrom by entering into bond as in other cases.
