Effective: October 24, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 135th General Assembly When determining the total hours of instruction received by an applicant under section 4709.07 or 4709.072 of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board shall not take into account more than ten hours of instruction per day. The board shall take into account instruction received more than five years before the date of application for the license in accordance with rules adopted under section 4709.05 of the Revised Code.
