Effective: October 24, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 135th General Assembly If the state cosmetology and barber board determines that any individual is violating or is about to violate any provision of this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant thereto, the board may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief and such other relief to prevent further violations.
