Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The state cosmetology and barber board shall furnish a copy of the standards established by rules adopted under section 4713.08 of the Revised Code for installing and operating a tanning facility to each individual to whom the board issues a permit to operate a tanning facility. An individual provided a copy of the standards shall post the standards in a public and conspicuous place in the tanning facility.
