Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly In accordance with rules adopted under section 4713.08 of the Revised Code, the state cosmetology and barber board may waive a condition established by section 4713.28 of the Revised Code for a license to practice a branch of cosmetology for an applicant who practices that branch of cosmetology in a state or country that does not license or register branches of cosmetology.
