Effective: September 29, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly All fines or forfeitures of bond in an action for violation of sections 4715.01 to 4715.35 of the Revised Code shall be paid by the court receiving it to the secretary of the state dental board for deposit into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund.
