Effective: October 14, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 948 - 105th General Assembly The state dental board, subject to the approval of the controlling board, may establish fees in excess of the amounts provided in sections 4715.01 to 4715.99, inclusive, of the Revised Code, provided that such fees do not exceed the amount permitted by these sections by more than fifty per cent.
