Effective: May 12, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 143 - 126th General Assembly The secretary of the state dental board shall keep a record of all persons registered under this chapter as expanded function dental auxiliaries. For each expanded function dental auxiliary, the record shall identify the location where the person primarily practices and the person's one or more supervising dentists.
