Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 123rd General Assembly This chapter does not require the board of nursing to act on minor violations of this chapter or the rules adopted under it, if the violations are committed by individuals licensed under this chapter and the board determines that the public is adequately protected by issuing a notice or warning to the alleged offender.
