Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 123rd General Assembly The board of nursing, subject to the approval of the controlling board, may establish fees in excess of the amounts provided by section 4723.08 of the Revised Code, provided that such fees do not exceed those amounts by more than fifty per cent.
