Effective: June 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly (A) Except as provided in section 4723.062 of the Revised Code and division (B) of this section, all receipts of the board of nursing, from any source, shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund.(B) All receipts from board-sponsored continuing education activities shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the special nursing issue fund created by section 4723.062 of the Revised Code.(C) All vouchers of the board shall be approved by the board president or executive director, or both, as authorized by the board.
