Effective: January 1, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 3 - 134th General Assembly Not later than thirty days after the 'Nurse Licensure Compact' is entered into under section 4723.11 of the Revised Code, the board of nursing, in accordance with article VII of the compact, shall select an individual to serve as an administrator to the interstate commission of nurse licensure compact administrators created under the compact.
