Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 216 - 131st General Assembly The board of nursing shall approve one or more continuing education courses of study that comply with divisions (E) and (F) of section 4723.07 of the Revised Code and that assist nurses in recognizing the signs of domestic violence and its relationship to child abuse. Nurses are not required to take the courses.
