Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 216 - 131st General Assembly (A) Upon request of the holder of a nursing license, dialysis technician certificate, medication aide certificate, or community health worker certificate issued under this chapter, the presentment of proper identification as prescribed in rules adopted by the board of nursing, and payment of the fee authorized under section 4723.08 of the Revised Code, the board of nursing shall provide to the requestor a replacement copy of a wall certificate suitable for framing.(B) Upon request of the holder of a nursing license, volunteer's certificate, dialysis technician certificate, medication aide certificate, or community health worker certificate issued under this chapter and payment of the fee authorized under section 4723.08 of the Revised Code, the board shall verify to an agency of another jurisdiction or foreign country the fact that the person holds such nursing license, volunteer's certificate, dialysis technician certificate, medication aide certificate, or community health worker certificate.
