Effective: March 20, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 303 - 129th General Assembly The board of nursing shall either conduct dialysis technician certification examinations itself or, in accordance with rules adopted under section 4723.79 of the Revised Code, approve testing organizations to conduct the examinations. If it conducts the examinations, the board may use all or part of a standard examination created by a testing organization approved by the board. Regardless of who conducts it, the examination shall cover all of the subjects specified in rules adopted under section 4723.79 of the Revised Code.
