Effective: September 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly The board of nursing, by vote of a quorum, may deny, revoke, or suspend a community health worker certificate. The board may impose one or more of the sanctions against an applicant or certificate holder for any of the reasons it specifies in rules adopted under section 4723.88 of the Revised Code. All actions to impose a sanction shall be taken in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
