Effective: April 5, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 467 - 123rd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates sections 4727.03 to 4727.21 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree on each subsequent offense.(B) Whoever violates section 4727.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
