Effective: July 24, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 623 - 118th General Assembly Five of the voting members of the state board of pharmacy shall constitute a quorum. The board shall meet at least once during each quarter of the fiscal year and at such other times and places as the board may direct. The board shall have a seal and prescribe such rules for its own government as it deems proper.
