Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 319 - 131st General Assembly The state board of pharmacy may adopt rules under section 4729.26 of the Revised Code requiring a licensee or registrant under this chapter to report to the board a violation of state or federal law, including any rule adopted under this chapter. In the absence of fraud or bad faith, a person who reports under this section or testifies in any adjudication conducted under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code is not liable to any person for damages in a civil action as a result of the report or testimony.
