Effective: July 22, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 66 - 122nd General Assembly No licensed pharmacist shall be liable for civil damages or in any criminal prosecution arising from the dispensing of a drug based upon a formulary established by a hospital, a health insuring corporation, a long-term care facility, or the department of rehabilitation and corrections and requiring the pharmacist to dispense the particular drug.
