Effective: January 1, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 341, House Bill 483 - 130th General Assembly If the state board of pharmacy establishes and maintains a drug database pursuant to section 4729.75 of the Revised Code and if the board restricts a prescriber from obtaining further information from the database pursuant to division (C) of section 4729.86 of the Revised Code, the board shall notify the government entity responsible for licensing the prescriber.
