Effective: May 17, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 154 - 126th General Assembly In addition to rules that are specifically required or authorized by this chapter to be adopted, the state medical board may, subject to division (D) of section 4730.06 of the Revised Code, adopt any other rules necessary to govern the practice of physician assistants, the supervisory relationship between physician assistants and supervising physicians, and the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Rules adopted under this section shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
