Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly In addition to any other eligibility requirement set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, and each applicant as set forth in section 5(b)(2) of the 'Interstate Medical Licensure Compact' entered into under section 4731.11 of the Revised Code, shall comply with sections 4776.01 to 4776.04 of the Revised Code.
