Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly Any disciplinary action taken on an individual's license to practice by the state medical board under section 4731.22 of the Revised Code operates automatically on the individual's certificate to recommend and remains in effect for as long as the action remains in effect on the license to practice.
