Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No practicing physician who has been convicted of issuing a verbal prescription for intoxicating liquor, or issuing a prescription therefor in a form which does not comply with law, or issuing a prescription, knowing such liquor to be for use as a beverage, shall issue a prescription for intoxicating liquor within two years from the date of such conviction.
