Effective: January 14, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 478 - 119th General Assembly Any person who collects any amounts billed in violation of section 4731.66 of the Revised Code shall be liable to the individual, third-party payer, governmental health care program, or other person or governmental entity for and shall refund, on a timely basis, the amount so collected.
