Effective: October 14, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 948 - 105th General Assembly The state medical board, subject to the approval of the controlling board, may establish fees in excess of the amounts provided by sections 4731.01 to 4731.99, inclusive, of the Revised Code, provided that such fees do not exceed the amounts permitted by these sections by more than fifty per cent.
