Effective: March 20, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 83 - 130th General Assembly The state board of psychology shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of applicants for licenses under this chapter and applicants for certificates under Chapter 4783. of the Revised Code. The books and records of the board shall be prima-facie evidence of the matters therein contained.
