Effective: December 23, 1986 Latest Legislation: House Bill 428 - 116th General Assembly The state board of psychology subject to the approval of the controlling board, may establish fees in excess of the amounts provided by sections 4732.01 to 4732.99 of the Revised Code, provided that such fees do not exceed the amounts permitted by those sections by more than fifty per cent.
