Effective: September 22, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 176 - 109th General Assembly Whoever violates section 4732.21 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than six months nor more than one year, or both. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
