Effective: August 6, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 337 - 124th General Assembly Any person practicing or offering to practice the profession of engineering or of surveying shall be registered or exempted under this chapter. No person shall practice or offer to practice the profession of engineering or of surveying, or contract for such services, or use the initials P.E. or P.S. in connection with the person's name, or use in connection with the person's name or otherwise assume, use, or advertise any title or description tending to convey the impression that the person is a professional engineer or a professional surveyor, unless such person has been registered or exempted under this chapter.
