Effective: August 22, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 33 - 127th General Assembly Except for individuals described in section 4762.02 of the Revised Code, no person who holds a license to practice chiropractic issued by the state chiropractic board shall engage in the practice of acupuncture unless the person holds a valid certificate to practice acupuncture issued by the board under section 4734.283 of the Revised Code.
