Effective: August 22, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 33 - 127th General Assembly As used in sections 4734.28 to 4734.286 of the Revised Code: (A) 'Acupuncture' means a form of health care performed by the insertion and removal of specialized needles, with or without the application of moxibustion or electrical stimulation, to specific areas of the human body.(B) 'Moxibustion' means the use of an herbal heat source on one or more acupuncture points.
