Effective: August 22, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 33 - 127th General Assembly A chiropractor seeking to renew a certificate to practice acupuncture shall follow the standard renewal procedures of Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code and do all of the following: (A) Furnish the state chiropractic board with satisfactory evidence that the chiropractor completed, during the twenty-four months immediately preceding renewal, at least twelve hours of acupuncture continuing education provided by an entity that administers a course of study approved under section 4734.211 of the Revised Code;(B) Certify to the board that the chiropractor remains in good standing with the board and has not engaged in any conduct for which the board may take action under division (C) of section 4734.31 of the Revised Code;(C) Pay a renewal fee in an amount determined by the board pursuant to rules adopted under section 4734.10 of the Revised Code.
