Effective: August 22, 2007 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 33 - 127th General Assembly This chapter does not require the state chiropractic board to act on minor violations of this chapter or the rules adopted under it, if the violations are committed by individuals licensed to practice chiropractic or certified to practice acupuncture under this chapter and the board determines that the public interest is adequately served by issuing a notice or warning to the alleged offender.
