Effective: September 17, 1986 Latest Legislation: House Bill 755 - 116th General Assembly Any person licensed under this chapter shall notify the registrar of motor vehicles concerning any change in the status of his business during the period for which he is licensed, if the change of status concerns the following: (A) Personnel of owners, partners, officers, or directors; (B) Location of office or principal place of business. Notification shall be made by filing with the registrar, within fifteen days after the change of status, a supplemental statement in a form prescribed by the registrar showing in what respects the status has been changed.
