Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The Ohio construction industry licensing board and its sections shall deposit all receipts and fines collected under this chapter into the state treasury to the credit of the industrial compliance operating fund created in section 121.084 of the Revised Code.
