Effective: March 24, 2021 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 201 - 133rd General Assembly Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit a contractor from leasing, on a temporary or permanent basis, an employee from a professional employer organization, as defined by section 4125.01 of the Revised Code, from an alternate employer organization, as defined by section 4133.01 of the Revised Code, or from a temporary agency to perform work under the direct supervision of the contractor.
