Effective: March 2, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 184 - 119th General Assembly No person shall sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish a license or a temporary permit or abet therein. No person shall practice veterinary medicine in this state under cover of any license or temporary permit fraudulently obtained or signed or issued unlawfully or under fraudulent representation or issued through an error of the state veterinary medical licensing board.
