Effective: April 5, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 420 - 132nd General Assembly Each person who holds a hearing aid dealer's or fitter's license or trainee permit shall notify the state speech and hearing professionals board in writing of the place or places where the person engages or intends to engage in the practice of dealing in and fitting of hearing aids, and shall notify the board in writing of any change in such address or addresses in accordance with rules the board adopts under section 4747.04 of the Revised Code.
