Effective: July 1, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 53 - 131st General Assembly (A) After refund of any license fees as required by section 4749.03 of the Revised Code, the department of public safety shall pay all fees and penalties received pursuant to this chapter to the treasurer of state, to be credited to the private investigator and security guard provider fund, which is hereby created.(B) Moneys received in payment of fines levied pursuant to section 4749.99 of the Revised Code shall be distributed as follows:(1) One-third to the general fund of the municipal corporation or township in which the prosecution occurs;(2) One-third to the general fund of the county in which the prosecution occurs;(3) One-third to the private investigator and security guard provider fund.
